This Vegan Chili Recipe is an absolute staple in our household. It’s SO easy to make a big batch in a crockpot and eat on it throughout the week in the midst of a busy schedule. We also love making it for our friends when we have gatherings, and even our non-veg friends LOVE it. Here’s our favorite recipe and step-by-step directions for how to make it!

Vegan Chili Crockpot Recipe & Directions

Directions

  1. Combine all chili ingredients in your crockpot (I use this one)
  2. Add the spices and stir thoroughly
  3. Cook on ‘high’ for 4 hours in the crockpot
  4. Serve & top with crushed chips, avocado slices, a lime slice and vegan sour cream
  5. Enjoy!

This recipe makes about 6 servings. Each serving of the chili is about 250 calories, 2g fat (0g saturated), 46g carbs (10g fiber), 17g protein. This is for the base of the chili, and then add on whatever toppings you choose.
